All custom items require processing time before shipping. Processing time is typically 7–14 business days]. This does not include shipping time.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, typical shipping times are:
• USPS First Class: 3–5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
• UPS Ground: 3–5 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, CLC Custom Designs is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.
