Thank you for shopping with CLC Custom Designs. Each item is custom-made and created with care. Please review our policy below regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges.
Custom Orders
All custom and personalized items are final sale and non-refundable once the order has been approved and production has started. This includes custom shirts, hats, patches, invitations, and any personalized products.
Because items are made specifically for each customer, we cannot restock or resell custom items.
Order Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all mockups, spelling, colors, sizes, and design details before production begins. Once approved, changes cannot be made.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or correct the issue.
Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)
Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
• Item is unused
• Item is in original condition
• Proof of purchase is provided
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
