By placing an order with CLC Custom Designs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Custom Orders
All custom items are made to order. By approving your design mockup, you confirm that all details (spelling, colors, sizes, design, and quantities) are correct.
Once approval is given and production begins, no changes can be made.
Payments
Full payment is required before any custom order is started unless otherwise discussed. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, materials and production may have already begun, and the order cannot be canceled.
Refunds & Returns
Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details. Custom items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround time for custom orders is typically 7–14 business days. This timeframe may vary depending on order size, holidays, and order volume.
Design Ownership
CLC Custom Designs reserves the right to use photos of completed products for marketing and social media unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
CLC Custom Designs is not responsible for:
• Spelling errors approved by the customer
• Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Packages lost or delayed by USPS/UPS/FedEx
